The Practice as a Learning Organisation

From Dave: This is a new feature of the Certificate in Medical Education course for new trainers and does represent a change of focus from the trainer to the practice.

To aid the group work it was useful to think of areas in our own practices that are good examples of a learning organisation, or difficulties in the practice that we feel are hindering the practice as a learning organisation.
